DISTINGUISHING FEATURES

SCARS Long scar that goes all around her neck, covered up by a black or red choker.

ACCENT In English, Ravine speaks with an Israeli accent, although it is considered an obscure and exotic dialect when she's from. Pronounces the letter 'H' as an 'A', and rolls her 'R's. Vowels are heavily pronounced (i.e. will say "Chee-cken" instead of "Chicken", "Kiss" instead of "Keys"). Is very expressive with hand gestures and body language when talking. Sucks when trying to say any word with the letter 'T' in it -- any 'Th' words become 'D' or sometimes a 'Z'. Here is a good example of what her speech sounds like.

OLFACTORY While lacking in a physical body, Ravine might give off a sense to those that are near her. Most of the time she carries a scent of dust and barley, or something like the smell of the earth after a heavy rainfall. Those with a stronger sense of smell might be able to pick up Ravine's true nature as something death-related, or being something otherworldly than corporeal.

ATTIRE Always dresses in a combination of red and black. Typically wears an unusual black coat over a corset of red belts, black pants, knee-length leather boots, and red gloves. Though sometimes she can be seen without the coat, revealing a slender figure underneath with gloves to her wrists and bandages wrapped around both forearms. Note that Ravine's appearance is entirely based on one's perception, so the clothes she "wears" can look either impossible or difficult to put on because that is the image of herself that she projects.

ABILITIES

CANON

REAPER As a spirit of death, she has no physical form. The appearance she bears is one that she projects, allowing her to appear in different places at different times. While originally she is capable of a form of omnipresence, it now functions similar to short-distance teleportation. She does not eat or sleep, though she is capable of manifesting a presence that allows her to interact with the living world.
She manipulates the worlds by "vanishing" from the current reality to a world she has called Point Blank, making her virtually invisible to the living (save for those who are psychic/have a talent for detecting the dead). Point Blank is a layer of reality that mirrors the present world, but acts as a limbo for newly deceased souls or lost spirits.
Additionally she manages another layer she calls the Dead Zone, which allows her to "teleport" between spaces via a seemingly endless realm of black. In here, Ravine's form is warped into a monstrous shape of black tendrils and many gold eyes. For the living, any extended time in the Dead Zone will be nauseating and slowly drain them of their life force. The dead and artificial constructs, such as robots and machines, can pass almost freely.

GHOSTING Because she has no physical form, she is capable of passing through physical walls. This is limited in the caves, given that she can't simply leave by walking out. Even if she could, she wouldn't. Gravity also does not have much sway over her, as she can sometimes be found walking on walls, sitting on the ceiling, or just ending up in crazy places. Kind of like cats, really. Damn cats.

PSYCHIC When alive, she was a prophet of Babylon, able to see into one's future and mind, which in the end drove her to lose her own mind. As a Psychopomp, she has more control, allowing herself to see into one's both future and past, as well as different outcomes. For example, if your character has an alternate timeline, or from a canon with different endings, she would be able to perceive those timelines and endings. This is not limited to being able to see different versions of a person.
She is telepathic as well. Not only can she hear one's thoughts and dig into their mind, she can also transport her consciousness and join another in their mind and/or dreams. This also grants her the ability to actively manipulate one's perception of time and reality, making them experience whatever it is she wants them to. Similarly, she can also psychically block one from entering her own mind, so as to protect them as it would cause them severe mental harm.

PACIFIST Does not and will not fight. The only weapon she can pull out is a bone scythe from her spine, but it isn't capable of harming living things. If it does, it simply passes through any physical matter. The scythe only serves to send a soul from the limbo-esque world to the next (whatever that may be), in addition to the shades and Shedim -- spirits and fellow Psychopomps that have become warped. For the latter, the scythe banishes them from existence entirely, destroying any remaining trace of that soul so there is nothing left to pass on to any after-life. As such, it is against her very nature to harm a living thing.

BABELFISH Is an omnilingualist. Basically, based on the individual's native tongue or perception, she speaks that language, due to the nature of her existence.

FOURTH WALL AWARENESS Unique in her fourth wall awareness, she is not only aware of the multiverse concept, but that she is a fictional character as well. Despite her knowledge, she does not share this. It gives her a rather fatalistic outlook on life, as she sees herself just as much a puppet as anyone else, dancing to the strings of unseen meddlers.

GAME UNIVERSE

WHERE TO FIND Due to her ability to appear in any place she wishes in the blink of an eye, Ravine's haunts vary, as she has no place of residency nor a self-appointed role for anything in the city. She appears wherever whenever she pleases, from the rooftop of buildings to someone's apartment wall to the shadows of an alleyway. As Ravine still has command over the Zones to a limited extent, it allows her to travel great distances and places that most would find inaccessible and impossible to reach.

While Ravine actively avoids talking about herself in conversation, there are many elements of her canon and her outlook that are very bleak and hopeless.
